Rooms are clean and have everything you need. It was +39 outside and airconditioning did its job very well. Staff is very helpfull. Room service is quick. Hotel is small so don't expect large lobby space, but it didn't bother me. Location is not within walking distance from city center (unless you want to walk for 20 minutes), but taxi comes quickly and is fairly cheap. You can find good supermarkets nearby.

The room was spacious, it has good blackout, free water is provided. In Spa center sauna was a small one, for 2 people max. The pool was quite good and clean, but for us a bit cold (perfect for summer time, I guess, but in winter you want warmer). SPA center itself was not big, too. But for Novi Sad hotels it's rare to have swimming pools, so nothing to complain about.

The property was well kept and in an excellent location to access public transit. The wellness area provided many fitness and leisure areas. The outdoor pool had a perfect temperature for swimming. Most importantly, the staff always went above-and-beyond whenever I had a question or need. Special recognition to Irena and Svetlana !!!

This was our second stay at this hotel this year, but probably not the last. We know it very well, we return here regularly, because we like it. Free parking, nice staff, good food, great breakfast, perfect relaxation in the wellness area, and we can't miss the Gorki List with ice and lemon in the bar.
